This is a print taken from the painting of the same name. These paintings are part of a series called 'Far Away is Close at Hand in Images of Elsewhere'; an idiosyncratic journey into the depths of the northern European forests of the imagination, the places where fairy tales come from, and folk tales, and legends, monsters, spooks and hobgoblins. The paintings were large format using oil and acrylic and spray paint, and their titles are gleaned from Ordnance Survey maps.
